About the Role

As a People Business Partner, you’ll support managers across your region with effective, values-driven people practices. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders with performance, engagement, workforce planning and day-to-day HR matters, while contributing to long-term cultural and organisational development.

Key Duties:

  • Advise leaders on HR and people matters.
  • Support employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law and policies.
  • Contribute to organisational change, including restructures or service transitions.
  • Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the region.
  • Partner with central HR teams to deliver a smooth employee experience.
  • Coach managers to strengthen their confidence and capability in people management.

About You

You’re an experienced HR professional who builds strong, credible relationships and balances strategic thinking with practical support. You bring solid HR knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience partnering with leaders across multiple sites. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is essential, along with a proactive, people-focused approach.
