About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Recovery Coordinator to join our team following the promotion of our previous trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within the drug and alcohol treatment and recovery sector. We deliver the Pier Road Project in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and offer a supportive environment within an experienced multi-disciplinary team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of service users
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised recovery and treatment plans
  • Work closely with colleagues across the service team and partner agencies
  • Support service users to set and achieve recovery goals safely and positively
  • Engage with family members and significant others where appropriate

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • Transferable skills from related sectors
