About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing a team of Recovery Coordinators within our Service. You will support the Services Manager in delivering high-quality services, monitoring performance, and improving processes to ensure contractual requirements and KPIs are met. You will lead and motivate a team of Recovery Coordinators, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care and support throughout their recovery journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage, mentor, and coach staff members and volunteers, supporting their professional development.
- Oversee a team of Recovery Coordinators and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing written and verbal updates when required.
- Support service development by actively engaging service users in service design and delivery improvements.
- Ensure services are inclusive and accessible, with particular attention to underrepresented groups.
- Work closely with the Services Manager to monitor performance and ensure service KPIs are met.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need: We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about supporting people affected by substance misuse. You will ideally have:
- Experience working within the drug and alcohol sector.
- Experience managing a caseload.
- Experience leading or supervising a small team.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
