Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Recovery Navigator and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to join our dedicated team, helping individuals on their journey toward recovery and improved well-being.
About the role
As a Recovery Navigator and SPOC, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey, offering person-centred support and coordinating vital services to help them thrive.
As a Recovery Navigator and SPOC, you will be responsible for:

Manage a caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing personalised recovery and treatment plans.

Facilitate progression from initial engagement through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery.

Reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.

Work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and well-being outcomes.
About you
To succeed as a Recovery Navigator and SPOC, you will ideally have.

Compassionate, proactive, and committed to recovery-focused work.

Experience working in health, social care, or substance misuse services is desirable.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-agency setting.
