Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator for the County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service. You will join the Sustained Recovery Team and support the RAD programme, delivering the structured 12-week abstinence-based pathway and psychosocial activities. You will manage your own caseload, carry out assessments and develop recovery plans to empower lasting change. You will also provide flexible operational support across services in County Durham, covering absences, supporting.
