Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging leadership and soft skills training programmes across all leadership levels.
- Facilitate workshops, group learning, and reflective practice sessions.
- Adapt delivery to suit different audiences, learning styles, and operational contexts.
- Monitor and evaluate programme impact, including learner feedback and behavioural change.
- Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders to support transfer of learning into practice.
- Collaborate with People teams and operational colleagues to align learning to organisational goals.
- Support career development pathways and leadership progression initiatives.
- A recognised teaching or training qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience delivering leadership or people management.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Ability to adapt content for different learning needs and leadership levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using digital tools and blended learning approaches.
