We’re looking for an inspiring and engaging Leadership Development Trainer to design and deliver high-quality development programmes that build confident, capable, and values-led leaders. You will play a key role in shaping leadership behaviours across the organisation, supporting everyone from emerging leaders to senior managers. Through innovative, inclusive and impactful learning experiences, you’ll help leaders drive performance, lead with empathy, and create strong, supportive team cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging leadership and soft skills training programmes across all leadership levels
- Facilitate workshops, group learning, and reflective practice sessions
- Adapt delivery to suit different audiences, learning styles, and operational contexts
- Monitor and evaluate programme impact, including learner feedback and behavioural change
- Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders to support transfer of learning into practice
- Collaborate with People teams and operational colleagues to align learning to organisational goals
- Support career development pathways and leadership progression initiatives
About You
- A recognised teaching or training qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering leadership or people management
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences
- Ability to adapt content for different learning needs and leadership levels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital tools and blended learning approaches
