Waythrough in Derby is seeking a passionate practitioner for the Intensive Family Support Programme, focusing on families affected by parental substance use. You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support to help parents build insight, reduce risk, and move toward recovery.
As a community-based role, you will travel to meet families and partners, work with Children’s Services and treatment providers, and contribute to safeguarding and multi-agency processes.
