As an HRIS Lead, you will become an integral part of our growing People Team. You will have the opportunity to support our exceptional workforce and shape Humankind into an outstanding place to work. We are seeking an experienced systems and workflows expert to join our friendly People Experience Team and contribute to the development of our HR Information System (SAGE People).

As our HRIS Lead, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage and elevate our HRIS to new heights
  • Provide expert advice and comprehensive training on the system
  • Contribute to the development of efficient reporting processes
  • Support users and managers in optimising our system's potential

Working closely with our People Team and external managers/stakeholders, you will ensure our processes are streamlined and user-friendly, fostering a harmonious work environment.
