About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and people focused Regional Recruiter to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across your designated region. From advertising vacancies and screening candidates to supporting hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You’ll act as a trusted recruitment partner, helping managers find and secure the best talent while ensuring every step of the process is fair, inclusive, and compliant. This role involves a blend of remote work, office collaboration, and regional travel to meet hiring managers and attend recruitment events or job fairs.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising and shortlisting to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft effective job descriptions and person specifications.
- Post vacancies on relevant platforms to attract high quality candidates.
- Screen and shortlist applicants, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisions.
- Maintain excellent candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Record recruitment activity accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices, right-to-work checks, DBS, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Coach and support hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, sharing regional insights and ideas.
- Represent the organisation at recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and open days.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure consistent and equitable recruitment outcomes.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a multi-site or regional capacity.
- Ideally knowledge of Workday ATS system.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and safer recruitment principles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment platforms.
- The flexibility to travel within your region for meetings, service visits, and recruitment events.
