This role involves a blend of remote work, office collaboration, and regional travel to meet hiring managers and attend recruitment events or job fairs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to craft effective job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Post vacancies on relevant platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisions.
  • Maintain excellent candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Record recruitment activity accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices, right-to-work checks, DBS, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Coach and support hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, sharing regional insights and ideas.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and open days.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure consistent and equitable recruitment outcomes.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a multi-site or regional capacity.
  • Ideally knowledge of Workday ATS system.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and safer recruitment principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to delivering a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment platforms.
  • The flexibility to travel within your region for meetings, service visits, and recruitment events.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and alignment with our organisational values of Kindness, Honesty, and Respect.
