Location: Home based with travel when required to all sites including our Head Offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging leadership and soft skills training programmes across all leadership levels.
  • Facilitate workshops, group learning, and reflective practice sessions.
  • Adapt delivery to suit different audiences, learning styles, and operational contexts.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme impact, including learner feedback and behavioural change.
  • Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders to support transfer of learning into practice.
  • Collaborate with People teams and operational colleagues to align learning to organisational goals.
  • Support career development pathways and leadership progression initiatives.
About You
  • A recognised teaching or training qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering leadership or people management.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adapt content for different learning needs and leadership levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using digital tools and blended learning approaches.
