Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to support individuals experiencing prescription and OTC dependency. You will deliver person-centred assessments, create recovery plans and provide regular keyworking sessions, both face-to-face and remotely.
You’ll collaborate with GPs, pharmacies and mental health teams to ensure safe, coordinated care and harm reduction, enabling healthier, more supported lives.
