Responsibilities
- You will be working with our Family Worker to deliver support groups to families and loved ones of people who use substances and/or alcohol.
- You may also act as a befriender to parents struggling to attend support groups or appointments alone.
- Barnsley Recovery Steps recognises that everyone’s goals around making changes to their drug and alcohol use are different, and we support individuals to achieve whatever outcomes they want—whether that is making small changes, stopping completely, or reducing risk.
