Waystone is seeking a Senior Governance Officer to deliver and govern company secretarial and internal governance services across a portfolio of subsidiary entities. You will own end‑to‑end governance, provide minute‑writing support, manage board and committee processes, and escalate risks in partnership with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams.
The role requires extensive governance experience in financial services or regulated environments, with ICSA/CGI qualifications preferred.
