We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Junior Lawyer to join our legal team on a six‑month Fixed Term contract. This role is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor (or up to 1 year PQE) who is looking to gain experience within the financial services sector, particularly in the funds and asset‑management space. Reporting to the Head of Legal, Fund Solutions, the Junior Funds Lawyer will be an integral part of the team’s success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements relating to fund services.
  • Support Head of Legal and Senior Lawyer on regulatory and corporate matters affecting the business and its clients.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, guidance notes and internal briefing materials.
  • Help manage document execution, filings, and internal approval processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams (compliance, operations, client services) to resolve day‑to‑day legal queries.
  • Contribute to ongoing project work, including process improvements and policy updates.
