Role Description
Commission-Based / Part-Time or Freelance

This is a part-time/freelance remote role for an Outreach & Property Acquisition Executive. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new customers, and managing communication with potential sellers. You will explain the benefits of selling via auction, and guide them through the onboarding process. Once the property is qualified, you\βll hand it over to us to manage the auction listing.
Key Responsibilities

Source property sellers
through various platforms (online ads,social media, direct outreach, networking).

Engage with motivated sellers
to explain the auction process and its benefits.

Verify property details
by collecting Proof of ID and Title Registry documents.
β’
Arrange and conduct property visits
, to carry out walkthrough videos and images.
β’
Guide sellers through the onboarding process
, including preparing documents for auction listing.

Maintain ongoing communication
with sellers to provide updates and build trust.

Participate in weekly team meetings
to review performance, target goals, and discuss ongoing strategy updates.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
- Sales or telesales experience essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Familiarity with the property market is a plus
- Bachelor\βs degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Willing to travel to view properties.
