Inverclyde Council seeks to appoint a Trainee Solicitor to join its Litigation & Licensing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the provision of legal services for the Council.
Applications are invited from graduates in Scots Law who have or will have a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from a Scottish University before the start of their traineeship. The Legal Traineeship will provide an opportunity to develop skills in a range of legal areas, with particular emphasis on litigation and licensing. There will be an opportunity to benefit from training and support from an experienced legal team and to work in a busy and supportive environment.
Interviews will take place around August 2025. Disclosure Scotland standard check applies. The cost of applying for a practising certificate is payable by the successful postholder.
