We are looking to bring in an Intern-Analyst to support the CEO with an immediate start.
The person needs to be a self-starter who is able to work with limited supervision and adapt to the changing workflow needs of the company.
Tasks & Responsibilities include
- Retaining business cards and updating the CRM database,
- Taking delegate/attendee lists from events and inputting into CRM database;
- Updating projects and other data, in the CRM database on an as required basis;
- Searching third party databases and online media to support projects;
- Accompanying the CEO on occasion to (virtual) meetings/events;
- Writing up notes from the (virtual) meetings/events;
- Formatting brochures for properties and other projects;
- Formatting and updating contracts, and chasing up;
- Drafting the company’s e-Newsletter using the Campaigns software;
- Following-up on the e-Newsletter replies;
- Creating and sending out bulk emails using mail merge;
Person specification
- Enrolled student undertaking an Undergraduate, Masters’ or Other course of study.
- Registered for Course Credits or part of a fully-funded Internship Programme with their Institution/University.
- A strong and demonstrable interest in the business areas covered by the company.
- Must have own computer and mobile phone, or access to these, as they are not provided by the company.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK (if UK-based).
- Must be fluent/native English speaker.
- Familiarity with basic computing software including Windows, Office, etc.
- Preferably with some prior work experience or internship successfully completed.
- Prior experience with a CRM/Campaigns system, and day-to-day data/project management.
- If necessary to attend any face-to-face client/investor meetings (majority still virtual).
