Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the Academy's students and classes are aware and follow the REACH Values.
- Support positive behaviours among targeted students – through PBIS, small groups, one‑on‑one sessions, check-in / check-out.
- Focus on solving the root cause of identified behaviours to find long term solutions by working closely with the Dean and Social Worker.
- When not providing individual or group services to targeted students, push‑in classrooms to model REACH values.
- Progress monitor the identified targeted students every 2‑3 weeks based on identified strategies.
- Complete all State required compliance documents for Time & Effort and MTSS – including LOG ENTRIES.
- Attend monthly school MTSS meetings.
- Communicate regularly with parents on student progress.
- Attend scheduled parent meetings.
- Other duties as assigned that are reasonable and allowable under 31a funding.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or in process - preferred education / behaviour major / minor or Social Work.
- Previous experience working in a school setting.
- Conflict resolution / communication / interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively under high stress situations.
Expected Professional Development to be Completed as assigned.
