Southgate Community School District will be conducting Virtual Administrative Assistant Testing for individuals interested in applying for Administrative Assistant positions (substitute or permanent). If you have passed testing with the district in the last three years, you will NOT be required to test again, but you must have passed all portions. You are welcome to re-test now if you are not sure or wish to better your scores.
Testing Details
Testing will be held virtually on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Testing may take up to two hours.
Notification
You will be notified by the Human Resources Department if you are selected for testing. More details will be given when Human Resources reaches you by email and/or phone soon to schedule you for testing. After that time, you will receive an email from the testing administrator with details.
Qualifications
Previous Administrative Assistant experience is required. Applicants must have passed all portions of the testing within the last three years (or may retest).
