  • Manage system health for a portfolio of EMEA sites with varying operational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary EMEA contact for hardware failures and software outages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Security Investigations, Facilities Project Management, and local security integrators to ensure cohesive security technology delivery and seamless security systems operations.
  • Conduct site security compliance audits and enforce corporate physical security standards across the region to guarantee continuous operational readiness and adherence to regional and global guidelines.
  • Support Waymo’s Physical Security Investigations program in the EMEA region, serving as the regional security technology Point of Contact.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of progressive security technology experience in a corporate, or large organization, environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience directly managing a diverse security technology portfolio that includes multiple site types (e.g., offices, warehouses, or labs).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting onsite security incident response and emergency coordination within a distributed regional model.
  • Experience managing regional-scale vendor contracts and overseeing integrator performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate change in a fast-paced environment.

We Prefer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a security-related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Security Management).
  • Experience managing security technology for fleet vehicle depots, high-velocity logistics hubs, or e-commerce fulfillment centers during rapid company growth.
  • Familiarity with physical security technology systems, including Integrated Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, and Video Management Systems.

Travel Requirements: Up to 35% International Travel.
