You Will

- PUDO Performance & Red Routes: Own the end‑to‑end Pickup and Drop‑off experience. Analyze performance data to eliminate friction points at complex curbsides, ensuring strict compliance with London’s "Red Routes", bus lanes, and borough‑specific parking restrictions.
- High‑Traffic Event Management: Lead operational planning for high‑profile UK events (e.g., premier football matches, concerts at Wembley/O2 Arena, Wimbledon), creating specialized staging and pickup‑drop‑off strategies that respect local council mandates.

You Have
