Waymo in London seeks a senior engineering leader to guide the Sim Realism team, aligning with Waymo's AI-first objectives and cross-functional initiatives.

You will drive a technical roadmap, lead generative-model research for high-fidelity simulation, and recruit top ML and simulation talent.

You will report to the Director of Engineering, Simulator, and partner closely with Real Estate & Workplace Services to design a site strategy and scale the organization for impact.
