About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic French teacher to join our client's dynamic Modern Foreign Languages department. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in September 2024.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective French lessons for students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (GCSE and A-Level)
  • Create innovative and stimulating learning materials aligned with the national curriculum
  • Employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential
  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualised support
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the department to share best practice and ensure curriculum continuity

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a degree in French or a related field
  • Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
