This is a fulltime permanent position ideal for a committed educator who is eager to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative engaging English lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs ensuring all students regardless of their challenges can access and succeed in their education. Key Responsibilities: Plan prepare and deliver differentiated English lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN students promoting progress and achievement. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students working closely with the SENCO and other support staff. Monitor and assess students progress providing timely feedback and adjusting teaching strategies to ensure every student can thrive. Create a positive inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation confidence and a love for learning. Work collaboratively with other teachers teaching assistants and external specialists to provide holistic support for students with SEN. Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and support strategies.
