Position Overview: The successful candidate will be instrumental in empowering students to explore the complexities of the social world and develop critical thinking skills within an International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and IB Diploma Programme (DP) Social Sciences curriculum to students, with a specific focus on concept-driven and inquiry-based learning.
- Prepare and mark a wide range of assessments following MYP and DP protocols.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
- Teach and promote social sciences within the school's program and the wider curriculum using a range of student-centered teaching strategies, resources, and technology.
- Embed IB 'Approaches to Learning' in the curriculum delivery.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to establish interdisciplinary links.

Education and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
