About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic and stimulating environment for a talented French and Spanish Teacher. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons tailored to KS3, KS4, and A-Level students.
- Collaborating with fellow MFL teachers to develop and implement a comprehensive language curriculum.
- Utilizing innovative teaching methods and resources to foster a love of languages and cultures in your students.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to support students' academic progress and growth.
- Contributing to the MFL department's continued success and fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual who possesses:
- A relevant degree in French and/or Spanish.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Proven experience in teaching French and/or Spanish at KS3, KS4, and ideally A-Level.
- A strong track record of achievement in promoting student learning and engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for languages and a desire to inspire a love of learning in students.
