About the Role
- Deliver engaging and varied Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering music theory, history, composition, and performance.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to diverse musical interests and abilities.
- Assess student progress through practical performances, compositions, and written work, providing constructive feedback.
- Direct and conduct school ensembles, choirs, and instrumental groups.
- Contribute to the organization of school concerts and musical events.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music.
- A strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance practices across different genres.
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument.
