Are you a passionate and creative Maths Teacher seeking a permanent, full-time position in a supportive and thriving school environment? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic department in a large, friendly and Ofsted-rated "Good" school in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven ability to teach across all key stages, including A Level.

About the Role:

  • Delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons across all key stages, up to and including A Level.
  • Creating high-quality schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Employing innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire a love of Maths in students.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues within the department to share best practice and ensure continuity of learning.
  • Monitoring, assessing and reporting on student progress to inform future teaching strategies.
  • Participating in departmental meetings and activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of success in teaching Maths.
  • A passion for Maths and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent lesson planning and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
