Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and stimulating Business & Economics lessons for A-Level students. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential. Stay abreast of current developments in the business and economic world, integrating them into your lessons to enhance student understanding.
- Assessment and Feedback: Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future teaching. Provide constructive and timely feedback to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
- Enrichment Activities: Contribute to and potentially lead extracurricular activities related to Business & Economics (e.g., business simulations, guest speaker events, university visits).
- Professional Development: Actively participate in departmental and college-wide professional development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Business & Economics teacher with a minimum of 3 years' successful teaching experience at A-Level.
