Are you a passionate Geography teacher with a talent for igniting curiosity about our planet? We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Geography teacher to join a thriving academy in West London. The Academy: A well-regarded, mixed, non-denominational academy for students aged 11-18. Dedicated and enthusiastic team of teachers and support staff who are passionate about raising standards. Bespoke CPD programme for continuous professional development.

The Role: You will be responsible for planning, delivering and marking engaging Geography lessons for a variety of year groups. A strong focus on creating stimulating learning experiences that foster a deep understanding of geographical concepts and the world around us. You will effectively assess student progress, providing targeted support and challenge to ensure all students reach their full potential. Contributing to the development of a stimulating and inclusive curriculum that ignites a passion for Geography. Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities department to share best practice.

The Candidate: A qualified teacher with a strong track record of success in Geography education. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students about the world. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued. Experience with a range of teaching and learning strategies, including effective use of technology.
