The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly experienced EYFS Lead to join our vibrant school community. This role is pivotal in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners, ensuring they develop a strong foundation in their academic and social growth. You will oversee the EYFS curriculum, lead a team of dedicated educators, and implement best practices to create a rich and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EYFS team, driving high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess a dynamic and engaging EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster a safe and stimulating environment that supports children’s development.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks and school policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience within the EYFS phase.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving educational outcomes.
  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy.
