About the Role:
- Provide strong and strategic leadership for the Geography department across Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and potentially Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11).
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Geography curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum and departmental goals.
- Support and mentor Geography teachers, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
- Play a key role in the recruitment, performance management, and observation of Geography department staff.
