Effectively prepare students for GCSE and potentially A-Level examinations (if applicable).
- Safe Learning Environment: Maintain a safe and well-organized workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Student Progress: Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure students achieve their academic goals. Utilize a variety of assessment strategies to inform teaching and learning.
- Enrichment Activities: Contribute to and potentially lead enrichment activities related to Design and Technology (e.g., design clubs, industry visits, participation in design challenges). Foster a love of learning and encourage students to explore their design interests beyond the curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate: A qualified Design and Technology Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience.
