Position Overview: The successful candidate will be instrumental in igniting curiosity and fostering a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior among students. The role involves:

  • Designing and delivering engaging Psychology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, aligned with the national curriculum and school's academic standards.

  • Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at the secondary school level is preferred but not required; NQTs are welcome to apply.
