Key Stage 2 SEN Teacher – Specialist School – Haringey

An innovative SEN school in Haringey is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 SEN Teacher to inspire and support students with special educational needs. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll play a key part in developing engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the abilities and interests of each student, fostering confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Role Highlights

  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, maintaining open communication with parents, SEN staff, and the wider school community to support each child’s journey

Experience & Qualifications



  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS2 teaching; experience in SEN is advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with students, support staff, and parents, building a network of support for each student’s growth

  • A creative, adaptable approach to teaching, allowing you to tailor lessons to varying abilities and learning styles, maximizing each student’s engagement and success

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture

  • A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
