The Role: We are in search of a talented MFL Teacher who can inspire and engage students through high-quality language instruction. The successful candidate will be passionate about language education and dedicated to creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver stimulating MFL lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Support students in achieving their language learning objectives.
• Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the curriculum's evolution.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in language teaching.
• Enhance cultural awareness within the curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject.
• Preferably experienced in teaching MFL at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for languages.

Desirable:

• Experience teaching more than one language.
• Ability to organize and lead extracurricular language programs.
• Experience using technology to support language learning.
