About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced internal exclusion room supervisor to join our team in a thriving West London secondary school. This is a crucial role that plays a vital part in supporting students and ensuring a positive learning environment for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students placed in the internal exclusion room for behavioral concerns, ensuring a safe and calm environment.
  • Implement the school's internal exclusion procedures consistently and fairly.
  • Maintain clear and concise records of incidents and student behavior.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to identify the root causes of student behavior issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to de-escalate situations and promote positive behavior change in students.
