The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join the school's dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a permanent TA position starting in September 2024. The successful TA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
TA - Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting class teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons.
- Leading small group interventions and providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Contributing to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required.
About You:
- TA qualification or equivalent experience.
