Role Descriptions:
- Class Teacher/Deputy Head (Part-Time, Class-Based)
- Inspire and engage young learners with innovative teaching methods.
- Provide strong leadership and support to fellow educators.

- Collaborate with the Head Teacher to implement school policies and initiatives.

- Lead and manage the provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
- Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students.
- Combined Role: Class Teacher/Deputy Head and SENDCo
- Integrate the responsibilities of both roles, providing comprehensive leadership and support.
- Balance classroom teaching with SENDCo duties, ensuring a seamless, inclusive learning experience for all students.
