The Role: As our SENCo, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our SEN provision. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that all students with special educational needs receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing SEN policies and strategies.
- Coordinating and delivering targeted interventions and support programmes.
