They are seeking a dynamic and creative Drama Teacher to join their faculty in a fulltime permanent position. Position Summary The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and cultivate a passion for the performing arts in students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role entails fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that encourages selfexpression collaboration and the development of essential life skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging Drama lessons that align with the national curriculum and the schools educational goals. Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student participation and builds confidence. Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development. Direct and produce school productions showcasing students talents and creativity. Collaborate with colleagues within the Arts department and across the school to enrich the learning experience. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree or higher in Drama Theatre Studies or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
