About the Role:
- Lead and manage a thriving Music department, fostering a love of music amongst students of all abilities (KS3 – KS5).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, engaging, and challenging Music curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Oversee classroom instruction, ensuring effective delivery of Music lessons across all key stages.
- Provide ongoing professional development and support to Music teachers within the department.
