The Role: Deliver engaging and differentiated Art lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses diverse artistic mediums and techniques. Assess student progress effectively providing constructive feedback to guide their development. Collaborate with colleagues within the Art department and across the school to enrich the learning experience for all students. Remain current with developments in art education and integrate new approaches into your teaching practice. Candidate Profile: Possess a Bachelors degree in Art Fine Art or a related discipline. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Demonstrate a strong understanding of the secondary school Art curriculum (Key Stages 35). Exhibit a passion for art education and a commitment to fostering creativity in young people. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students colleagues and parents.
