Role Overview: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting the student with daily classroom activities and assignments.

  • Supporting the student's social and emotional development.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
  • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support is a plus.
