Your Role:

  • Lead and manage the SEND department and ensure statutory compliance

  • Create and oversee EHCP plans and support packages

  • Train, guide and support teachers and teaching assistants

  • Work closely with families and external agencies to support individual learners

What We\’re Looking For:

  • QTS and National SENCO Award (or working toward)

  • Proven track record of supporting students with a range of needs

  • Strategic, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills

  • Passionate about removing barriers to learning
