You will lead a KS1 class, delivering engaging lessons that promote progress and foster independence. You will work alongside a parallel class teacher and be supported by dedicated teaching assistants and subject leaders.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or interest in KS1 teaching
A secure knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, assessment, and teaching strategies
Commitment to raising standards and providing an inclusive, engaging learning environment
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
