We are seeking an outstanding German Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a German Teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to teach German across Key Stages 3-5, inspiring students of all abilities and nurturing their language learning journey.

What you\’ll do as a German Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and innovative German lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and language levels.
• Create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to communicate in German and develop their language skills.
• Teach a variety of German grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, fostering students\’ understanding of the language structure.
• Incorporate authentic materials and cultural activities into your lessons, bringing the German language and culture to life.
• Assess and monitor student progress in German, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to the development of the German curriculum and departmental resources, ensuring that our teaching remains current and engaging.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of German teaching.

What you\’ll need to be a successful German Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in German or a related field.
• Experience teaching German at the secondary level.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for German.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A passion for the German language and culture and a commitment to inspiring students.
