Salary: £28,000 – £30,000+ (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

A well-established independent preparatory school in Camden is seeking a warm, experienced, and committed Early Years Practitioner to join its nurturing EYFS team from September 2025. Your Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of an engaging, creative early years curriculum

Assist with planning, observations, and reporting in line with EYFS standards

Encourage independence, curiosity, and social development

Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding at all times

We’re Looking For:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and recent EYFS experience

*

A caring, confident practitioner who works well as part of a team

*

Knowledge of EYFS frameworks, with strong observational and communication skills

*

Someone who takes pride in creating a calm, joyful, and inclusive learning space
